Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is for people who may or may not be struggling with mental health symptoms and would like to explore them in a safe and non-judgmental space. This includes wanting to work on:

  • Anxiety 

  • Depression

  • Panic attacks

  • PTSD

  • Stress

It is also for individuals who feel functional in the day to day, and would like to continue work on improving and progressing as individuals. Therapy is an option for those who recognize that some aspects of their life could use some support and processing to remain on track with living a healthy and balanced life.
